Hamdan Zayed grew up in a family with deep roots in the equine world, where an appreciation for bloodstock was woven into everyday life from an early age. At the turn of the millennium, he saw an opportunity to reshape the concept of racehorse ownership in the region — making it more transparent, more thrilling, and more personal.
His philosophy was built on a simple principle: every owner, regardless of the size of their share, deserves to feel the heartbeat of their horse walking in the parade ring. From that conviction, SAHAM was born.
